• Send you SMS text messages, emails, and phone calls regarding your inquiry, including follow-up from matched advisors. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
• Generate AI-assisted summaries of your profile to help advisors prepare for conversations with you.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Improve our website, detect fraud, and ensure security.

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Licensed Advisors: We share your contact information and calculator responses with one licensed insurance advisor matched to your profile. Advisors are independent contractors, not employees of CrestlineLife.
• Service Providers: We use third-party service providers to operate our platform, including:
  • Supabase (database and authentication)
  • Twilio (SMS and phone communications)
  • Resend (email delivery)
  • Stripe (payment processing for advisor subscriptions)
  • Anthropic (AI-generated advisor briefs)
  • Calendly / Google Calendar (appointment scheduling)
  • Vercel (website hosting)
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

We do not sell your personal information to third-party data brokers.

By submitting your information through our calculator, you expressly consent — under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws — to receive autodialed or prerecorded calls, SMS text messages, and emails at the number and address you provided, from CrestlineLife and matched advisors, regarding insurance products and services.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, clicking unsubscribe in any email, or contacting us at privacy@crestlinelife.com. After opting out, we will honor your request within a commercially reasonable time and will not send additional promotional messages.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Lead records are generally retained for up to 36 months from the date of submission. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights, below).
