CrestlineLife provides a free online platform that allows consumers to receive illustrative estimates of their life insurance coverage needs, coverage gaps, and potential retirement tax exposure based on self-reported information. After completing our calculator, users may be matched with one or more independent, licensed insurance advisors who may contact them about relevant insurance products and services.

CrestlineLife is a lead generation and marketing service. We are not an insurance company, broker, financial planner, tax advisor, or investment adviser. We do not sell insurance directly.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

The estimates and information provided through our calculators are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, investment, or insurance advice. All calculations are based on generalized models and self-reported inputs and may not accurately reflect your individual circumstances. You should not rely on any estimate or output from our Service as the basis for any financial, tax, or insurance decision.

By submitting your information through our calculator, you expressly consent to be contacted by CrestlineLife and matched licensed advisors via phone calls, SMS text messages, and email — including through automated or prerecorded means — at the contact information you provide. This consent is not a condition of purchase or receipt of any service.

You may revoke this consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, clicking unsubscribe in any email, or contacting us at privacy@crestlinelife.com.

Advisors available through our platform are independent, licensed insurance professionals and are not employees, agents, or representatives of CrestlineLife. CrestlineLife does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the services, advice, or products offered by any advisor. Any agreement you enter into with an advisor is solely between you and that advisor. CrestlineLife is not a party to, and has no liability for, any such agreement.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Service.
• Submit multiple applications with different information to manipulate lead matching.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by CrestlineLife and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. CRESTLINELIFE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. CALCULATOR ESTIMATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRESTLINELIFE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF CRESTLINELIFE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CRESTLINELIFE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CrestlineLife and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Calendly, Google Calendar, Stripe, Twilio, Resend, and Anthropic. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. CrestlineLife is not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
